About Us
We supply the material, we help write the spec, and we tell you when your slab is not ready.
Warehouse Floor Coating is an Oak Ridge Foam & Coating Systems brand. Oak Ridge has spent decades on the industrial side of protective coatings — polyurea membranes, spray foam, and structural concrete repair — and the floor line comes out of that same engineering culture rather than out of a retail paint aisle.
What that means practically: when you send us a job, the first questions back will be about moisture vapor readings, slab age, and joint condition. Not about color. A floor system that fails almost never fails because somebody picked the wrong topcoat. It fails because nobody tested the slab.
We sell direct to facilities and we sell through commercial floor coating contractors and distributors. If you install this material for a living, ask about the wholesale schedule, job-specific spec support, and submittal packages you can hand to an owner or a GC.
What Working With Us Looks Like
For Commercial Floor Contractors & Distributors
If you already grind and coat industrial floors, we can supply the full system, back you on spec questions mid-job, and give you documentation that survives an owner review. Coverage math, DFT targets, moisture test interpretation, and cure windows for your ambient conditions — ask and you get a real answer, same day.
If you are moving from residential garage work into warehouse and manufacturing floors, the jump is mostly in prep equipment and in scheduling around production. We will talk you through what that actually takes before you bid it.
Dealer and distributor inquiries are welcome. Oak Ridge products are available private-labeled under the WatchGuard brand for partners who want their own line — WatchGuard Floor and WatchGuard Concrete cover the floor system and Concrete Mender directly.
Send your region and approximate annual volume and we will send the schedule.
Let Us Look at the Job
One bay or a million square feet, self-performed or subcontracted — start with the slab condition and we will take it from there.
