What to Include
The more of this you can tell us, the more useful the answer will be:
- Square footage and rough layout — aisles, open bays, dock area, containment
- Slab age, and whether it is slab-on-grade or elevated deck
- Existing coating, if any, and how it is holding up
- Approximate linear feet of control joints, plus visible cracking or spalling
- Any moisture vapor or RH test results you already have
- What rolls across it and what gets spilled on it
- How many hours of shutdown you can realistically give the work
You will get back a layer-by-layer spec, DFT targets, coverage math for your square footage, and a budget range.
